Everyone else's dalgona obsession may have died down by now, but my love for this drink remains strong! This is perfectly creamy and rich for my sweet coffee lovers!
A popular korean coffee drink, dalgona is made combining equal parts instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. These ingredients are whipped are whipped together to create this light and fluffy cream which can be added to both hot and cold beverages (I prefer cold).
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp hot water
3 tbsp instant coffee
I simply whipped these ingredients together in a bowl with a hand mixer until the mixture became a thick and creamy consistency.
TIP: I recommend blending this mixture beyond the stiff peak stage. Once stiff peaks form, I continued to whip the mixture for another 2-3 minutes.
