These incredibly rich cheesecake cups were made for caramel lovers!
If you're a caramel macchiato with extra caramel type of person, you're going to be obsessed with these delicious cheesecake cups. They are super rich and creamy, and can be whipped up quickly!
8oz whipped cream cheese
1 + 1/3 c powdered sugar
1 tbsp soy vanilla milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp dulce de leche
Torani caramel syrup
1/2 c honey graham crackers (crumbled)
3 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp melted earth balance butter
Simply mix all ingredients together in a bowl using a hand mixer. I normally start with the cream cheese and powdered sugar, and then slowly add in the milk, vanilla extract, and dulce de leche, and then blend more.
Place graham crackers in a food processor and mix well until they turn into crumbles.
Add in your sugar and melted butter mix well.
Place the graham cracker crust crumbles at the bottom of your dessert cup, and press down firmly.
Scoop in your cheesecake mixture and press down so there are no gaps between the crust and cheesecake filling.
Garnish with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and more graham cracker crust crumbles.
