Eggless Fudge Brownies

Quarantine baking takes a new turn with theses delicious eggless brownies! These fudgy brownies topped with rich chocolate frosting are sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Quarantine or not, I absolutely love experimenting with eggless baking. These brownies were a huge hit in my household and are also one of the most popular recipes amongst the lovely people who follow my instagram! If you're skeptical about baking without eggs, be sure to give these a try.





Brownie Batter:

  1. 1 c flour

  2. 1 c unsweetened almond milk

  3. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  4. 1/2 tsp baking soda

  5. 1/3 c cocoa powder

  6. 1/2 c chocolate chips (melted)

  7. 1 c brown sugar

  8. 1/3 c canola oil


Chocolate Frosting:

  1. 1 c powdered sugar

  2. 1/3 c cocoa powder

  3. 2 tbsp coconut oil

  4. 3 tbsp earth balance butter (melted)

  5. 3 tbsp cream cheese

  6. 1/3 c soy vanilla milk




Brownies:

  1. Just mix all of the brownie batter ingredients together and bake at 350 for 30 minutes!

  2. Note: these brownies taste even better the next day after being refrigerated overnight! You end up getting the perfect texture.

Chocolate frosting:

  1. Make sure to soften your cream cheese and melt your butter before adding it to the other ingredients when making your frosting.

  2. You should be able to mix all of your ingredients easily with a spoon now that the butter and cream cheese are softened, but feel free to use a hand mixer.
