This latte is mixed with creamy condensed milk, vanilla syrup, and cinnamon to create the perfect sweet morning beverage.
I'm obsessed with horchata and i'm obsessed with pretty much anything that contains condensed milk. If you've never tried condensed milk in your coffee before, you are truly missing out on a magnificent experience! One you try this I guarantee you won't be able to drink your coffee any other way.
3/4 c of cold rice milk (I like the Rice Dream brand!)
1 tbsp of condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla syrup (I used the Torani brand)
A dash of cinnamon powder (I use just under 1/8 tsp)
One shot of espresso
Mix the condensed milk, vanilla syrup, and cinnamon together well with a spoon at the bottom of your cup before adding in your milk. Otherwise, the condensed milk will remain stuck at the bottom - the vanilla syrup helps to thin it out. If the mixture still isn't dissolving well enough, you can blend in about a tbsp of milk before adding in the rest.
Add in your ice, pour your rice milk on top, and then add your espresso shot
