Frozen Kesar Mangoes and condensed milk are blended together to create this delicious sweet summer treat!
Mangoes and condensed milk have to be two of my favorite things on this planet, so needless to say, I am beyond satisfied with this delectable frozen dessert. It combines the sweet fruity flavor of kesar mangoes with the creamy richness of condensed milk to create a dessert that is perfectly indulgent.
6 oz frozen kesar mango
4-5 tbsp condensed milk (the amount can vary depending on the sweetness of your mangoes. Kesar mangoes, in particular, are incredibly sweet. But you can more or less depending on your preference).
3 tbsp vanilla soy milk (feel free to substitute with any milk; the milk just helps the mixture to blend easily)
Simply pop in a blender until smooth and enjoy! You can also put the mixture back in the fridge after you’ve blended it if you want a harder consistency for a few hours
