Oreo Cheesecake Cups

An absolutely decadent frozen dessert for all of my chocolate enthusiasts! This condensed milk-based cheesecake is ultra rich and packed with flavor.

Packed with cocoa powder, melted chocolate, and of course Oreos, this quick and easy dessert is sure to hit the spot for all of readers with a big sweet tooth!






Crust:

  1. 12 Oreos crushed in food processor

  2. 3 tbsp earth balance butter

Filling:

  1. 3 tbsp cream cheese

  2. 1/4 c/ 4 tbsp condensed milk

  3. 4 tbsp vanilla soy milk

  4. I tbsp cocoa powder

  5. 1/4 c melted semi sweet chocolate chips

  6. 3 hand crushed Oreos





  1. Simply crush Oreos in food processor and mix in melted butter to make the Oreo crust

  2. For the cheesecake filling, combine all ingredients and blend with hand mixer and then gently fold in hand crushed Oreos (we want bigger chunks, not fine crumbles). Note: the middle layer is simply whipped cream!

  3. Put your finished cups in the freezer for the best flavor and texture! If you want a more pudding consistency, store in the fridge.
